What size should I order?

We totally understand that every body is unique! While this is what makes us all beautiful, we also realize it can make online shopping a bit more difficult. To help, we have added a size chart to each product (scroll through the photos to find it) to help you decide which size would be best for you.

We also try to provide specific details in each product description, so don’t forget to check that out! If you still have questions about sizing, just send us a message  at Info@hotmessmomdesings.com and we will try to provide any additional information you need to make your decision. 

Shipping and processing:

When will my order ship?

Because each item is made by hand AFTER you place your order, and made especially for you- we have a 3-5 business day processing time.

We often get them out quicker than that, but we do reserve the right to take the full 5 business days, unless prior arrangements have been made. 

How long will my item take after it ships? Will I be able to track it?

Most items will ship USPS first class within the USA, this averages 3-5 business days, and will come with tracking information.

You always have the option to upgrade your shipping for a faster speed! 

Larger orders, and heavier items will ship USPS priority shipping and average 1-3 business days, and will come with tracking information.

Please note that shipping times are in addition to processing times.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your package has been delivered back to us, your return will be processed within 7 business days. 

Can I Return or Exchange items that were purchased with customization?

Due to the nature of customized items, including, but not limited to, monogrammed items, and items with slight changes to the original design, are NOT available for returns or exchanges. All other items are able to be returned, within 7 days of delivery. 

Prop 65:

California's Proposition 65 allows for all consumers who reside in the state of California to be provided with warnings for products that contain any chemicals that, when exposed to people above a certain level, are known to cause cancer and birth defects or any other reproductive harm.

In posting this warning, our goal is to inform you that one or more of the chemicals listed in Prop 65 may be present in our products. This does not necessarily mean you are at risk, but we want to ensure the best customer service and keep our business 100% transparent! (A.K.A this is here so we dont get sued- but rest assured, we wear these shirts ourselves, and put them on our children!)
